Shipping regulations

Shipping on the site is free - the items will arrive at the requested address at the requested time within 3-5 days.

During holidays (Passover/Rosh Hashanah, etc.) - packages will be delivered up to 7 business days.

Self-pickup: After you have received confirmation from us that the package is ready, you can pick it up from the collection point closest to your home by prior arrangement.

There may be delays in the arrival of the messenger if it concerns remote localities: Eilat, the Arava settlement, localities beyond the Green Line and the Golan Heights area.

Exchanges and returns:

You can exchange an item on the site for another item within 7 business days of receiving the item. You are asked to contact us by email and update the item you would like to exchange for another item. The exchange will be possible when the item is in good condition, has the original label and has not been used at all. (If the item is returned dirty, used or does not have a tag - it will not be exchanged and there will be no possibility of an exchange or refund).

If you would like a refund, the package must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

The credit will be made within 14 business days directly to the card from which the order was made, minus the delivery fee if you chose this option.
