Exchanges and returns

You can exchange an item purchased on the site within 30 business days of receiving the item. You are requested to contact us by email, update the item you would like to exchange with another item. Exchange will be possible when the item is in good condition, has the original label and has not been used at all. (If the item is returned dirty, used or does not have a label - it will not be exchanged and there will be no possibility of exchange or refund).

If you would like a refund, the package must be returned to us within 5 days of the date it was received by the courier. A refund will be possible when the item is in good condition, has the original label, and has not been used at all. (If the item is returned dirty, used, or does not have a label, it will not be replaced and there will be no refund).

The credit will be made within 14 business days directly to the card from which the order was made, minus the delivery fee if you chose this option.

How do you return?

You have several options for returning the package.

*Return via courier: Cost 15 shekels - a courier will pick up the package from you within 3-5 business days.

*If you choose a cash credit, the shipping fee will be deducted from the transaction amount.
